How it works

Deposits & withdrawals

Each wallet has a dedicated deposit address on BNB Chain; USDT sent to it is credited automatically once it reaches 10 USDT.

Deposit address#

Each wallet is assigned a deposit address: a minimal contract address on BNB Chain derived deterministically from the wallet address with CREATE2. The address is known before the contract is deployed and never changes. The contract can only forward funds to the Exchange for the owning account. See Deposits: CREATE2 proxy for the mechanics.

Depositing USDT#

Send USDT (BEP-20) to the deposit address. Once the address holds at least 10 USDT, a keeper sweeps it into the Exchange and credits the trading balance in the same transaction. There is no activation fee and no pending state.

Warning
Do not send USDT directly to the Exchange contract. Such transfers are not credited to any account.

Depositing from Arc (USDC)#

The deposit dialog also accepts USDC held on Arc. The route bridges through Relay to the same deposit address, with BSC USDT as the destination asset; the sweep and credit then proceed exactly as for a direct USDT deposit.

ItemValue
Source assetUSDC on Arc
Minimum input10.5 USDC
DestinationThe user's deposit address, as USDT (BEP-20)
Bridge feeQuoted by Relay at the time of transfer, deducted from the amount received
AvailabilityBSC mainnet only
Note
The amount credited is the USDT received after the bridge fee, so it is slightly below the USDC sent.

Withdrawing#

A withdrawal is signed in the wallet; USDT is sent to the wallet address. The minimum is 10 USDT, and one withdrawal can be processed per block. Withdrawals can also be made by calling withdraw directly on the Exchange.

Session keys cannot withdraw. Every withdrawal requires a wallet signature.

Example#

Alice funds her account in two transfers and later withdraws part of her balance.

Sends 6 USDT to her deposit addressSweep threshold is 10 USDTNot swept; the 6 USDT remains at the address
Sends a further 94 USDT6 + 94 = 100 ≥ 10Swept; trading balance becomes 100 USDT
Withdraws 50 USDTMinimum withdrawal is 10 USDTAccepted; 50 USDT sent to her wallet, 50 USDT remains
Requests a withdrawal of 8 USDT8 is below the 10 USDT minimumRejected; balance unchanged
deposit address balance = 6 + 94 = 100 USDT ≥ 10 → swept and credited
trading balance = 100 − 50 = 50 USDT
withdrawal of 8 USDT : 8 < 10 → rejected

Deposits below the threshold are not lost; they are credited together with later transfers once the address reaches 10 USDT.

Tokens sent by mistake#

Tokens other than USDT sent to the deposit address can be recovered by the owning wallet from the Recovery page.

Units#

All balances are BSC USDT with 18 decimals.
